Since joining Citicorp Investment Bank in 1984, I have been involved in raising approximately $10.4 billion for clients and companies where I was a member of the executive team or which were investment banking clients. These transactions include financings for early stage companies, turn-arounds, leveraged buyouts, M&A and general corporate purposes. Funds raised include both private and public equity and debt and senior bank loans. In addition, I have extensive experience raising capital and restructuring balance sheets for troubled companies.
