Engagement letters are executed for each assignment. Components of the engagement include:

• As much detail as is reasonably possible regarding expectations and work to be completed.
• Anticipated time-line.
• Fee structure. Total fees are a function of the type of work required and the expected term of the engagement.
• All engagements include a retainer which may be billed monthly or weekly.
• Fee structures may include success fees for specific undertakings as well as equity-based compensation.
